Celia Ugarte

Celia Salazar was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She attended the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (UAEM), where she majored in Bilingual International Business. Celia is currently a legal assistant at Sanchez and Flores and is proud to work at a Latina-owned law firm that serves and uplifts the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Oakley.
